Our magnificent Tudor staircase, once owned by King Henry VIII, takes centre stage below high ceilings and intricate plasterwork. Our staircase offers the perfect setting for wedding photographs for our newlywed couples.

Accommodation for your wedding

The newlywed couple will have exclusive access to our elegant bridal suite, while all guests will enjoy a breakfast the following morning, extending the celebrations.

We will also provide our spacious bridal dressing suite to the bride and her bridal party for the day, ensuring preparations take place in luxurious surroundings.

For guest accommodation, Boreham House offers overnight stays for up to twenty-four guests in nine exquisite rooms within our charming stately home.

Our wedding venue in Essex boasts multiple rooms to host your celebrations, including our Gorgeous Henry VIII Suite and Glass Pavillion for your Wedding Reception.

The flexibility of the venue means you can move from room to room or combine our facilities to collectively entertain up to 500 guests at any one time. Boreham House also has enough onsite parking for 250 cars.

Henry VIII Suite

Which can accommodate up to 400 guests for ceremonies or 350 for dining. With its spacious layout, oak flooring, and elegant décor, the Henry VIII Suite provides a perfect setting.

Glass Pavillion

Accommodate 450 guests for ceremonies and 400 for receptions. Its floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the picturesque countryside surroundings.

At Boreham House, we offer an Asian wedding venue hire option where you can bring in your preferred caterers without any restrictions.

While we do have a recommended list of caterers and suppliers who have previously collaborated with us and provide excellent services, the choice is entirely yours.

Opting for our catering services grants you access to our professional front-of-house team, who will assist in planning, customizing, delivering, and serving your wedding breakfast.
