The spectacular Boreham House is situated just a short 20 minute drive from the centre of Maldon, the perfect setting for your wedding day. Our 18th century stately home is set in the heart of the Essex countryside, surrounded by a tree adorned avenue and set back behind a breathtaking lake, this beautiful back drop creates the perfect setting for your wedding day photography. The interior of our stately house is home to many original features and intricate details. The jewel in our Maldon wedding venue is our Tudor staircase, once owned by King Henry VIII and acquired from New Hall.

The team at Boreham House understand that each individual couple has their own idea of the perfect wedding, which is why all elements of our weddings are able to be completely tailored to your requirements.
From the day of booking your wedding, we are with you every step of the way. Our highly experienced wedding planners help to coordinate your special day to ensure you, your friends and your families can enjoy the celebration without a single worry.
From the flowers to the wedding breakfast, our team work with you to source the perfect products, our philosophy “where everything is possible” is reflected in our services, we ensure your every wish is granted.
Venue options are also able to be customised, with use of both the Glass Pavillion and The Oak Room or a combination of both, guests can move from room to room with ease.
MALDON WEDDINGS WITH ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation is hired out exclusively to weddings and events. Within our grounds includes the Bridal Suite, the Bridal Dressing Room and eight additional luxurious bedrooms, accommodating a total of twenty four guests. Each overnight stay includes a full English and continental breakfast the following morning. For additional guests wishing to stay, we are able to recommend a handful of hotels within short travelling distance from Boreham House.
