We can provide assistance with all parts of the preparations for your wedding, including room decorations, flower arrangements or tailoring your food menu to specific requirements.

Our wedding venue near Mersea Island, is located in Chelmsford, Essex with only a mere 40 minutes difference when travelling by car.

EXCLUSIVE USE WEDDING VENUE
As you approach Boreham House, you will be greeted by our 18th century stately home which is complete with acres of land, perfect for entire privacy on your special day.
Your wedding is a completely exclusive event, with only your guests on the site at the time. All of our staff are committed to creating an immaculate experience for you and your partner.
We ensure every single part of your wedding day is perfect, by planning each section closely with you. We’re not just a company of one-off events and weddings – you can come back time after time for our help!
Our professional catering partners can offer you a bespoke menu to meet any requirements and guarantee you have a cuisine in place which will suit all of your guests. You’ll also be entitled to use our dishes, glassware, linens and staff!
For the location-conscious bride, our venue is also available for hire on a “venue only” basis. This allows you to take advantage of being able to use your own caterers without paying any additional fees if they are dry and not using alcohol at all!

WEDDING VENUE ACCOMMODATION MERSEA
With a total of 24 bedrooms, we have plenty of room to accommodate everyone in their own space with privacy and comfort. If you are expecting additional guests who wish to stay on site instead of travelling separately, feel free choose from our list of nearby hotels that will provide an excellent alternative experience!
All guests who stay with us will be treated to a full breakfast the following morning. This is just one way we want you to know how much we value your visit!
