We believe that every wedding held at our Danbury wedding venue is incredibly unique, which is why we allow you to bespoke every detail of your wedding day. If you wish to hire Boreham House on a venue only basis, we will supply our exquisite house as a blank canvas which can be transformed entirely by you, with the option to bring in any caterers with no limitations.
If you decide to use our services, our experienced chefs will work personally with you to create the perfect menu. You will be granted use of our front of house team, along with our luxurious linens, tableware, glasses, cutlery and crockery. Our helpful team will guide you through the planning to ensure for the perfect, seam-free wedding day.

AN AMAZING HISTORICAL SETTING
Boreham House is an 18th Century Stately Home, surrounded by 35 acres of land with many glorious photography opportunities to create perfect wedding day memories. Inside the house, there are many rooms available for use, including the Glass Pavilion which offers panoramic views of the countryside with floor to ceiling windows and holds 550 guests for a ceremony and 400 for a reception. The Henry VIII Suite is a beautiful room with oak flooring, entertaining 550 guests for a ceremony and 350 when dining. We offer complete flexibility of our rooms, and these two main rooms can be combined to accommodate for a total of 750 guests at one time.
Boreham House is a Grade I listed mansion, initially constructed in 1730. A huge focal point of the venue is our Tudor staircase, obtained from New Hall and previously owned by Henry VIII in 1517 to 1547.

Our staff will guide you every step of the way, from the flower arrangements to helping source accommodation for your guests. Boreham House can accommodate for up to 24 guests, and we have a handful of highly-rated hotels which we can recommend for additional guests.
