Boreham House is the perfect Witham wedding venue, located just a short ten minute drive from central Witham, our beautiful wedding venue is within minimal travelling distance using both public and private transport. Our grand stately home is where your special day will be held, hidden in the Essex countryside with a stunning mirrored lake creating the perfect back drop to your newly wed photographs. The venue itself has multiple room options with the ability to combine rooms, resulting in large parties being easily accommodated. We have many treasured features within our 18th Century stately home, including our focal Tudor staircase, obtained from New Hall and once owned by King Henry VIII.

We understand each individual couple has their own unique requirements for creating their perfect wedding day, which is why we offer a completely bespoke service for all of our couples. We offer the ability to fully customise our spacious rooms for both ceremonies and receptions, with the freedom of acquiring our venue on a completely exclusive use basis.

Here at Boreham House, we offer our Witham wedding venue on a venue only hire option, where we supply the venue and allow you the flexibility to bring in any external caterers with no limitations.

If you choose to use our caterers and suppliers, our executive chef will work with you to tailor your wedding breakfast menu to you and your guests requirements. You will be able to use our fresh linen, crystal glassware and have our front of house team to serve for your wedding and take care of you and your guests.

We also hold a no corkage fee licence, meaning we allow you to bring your own beverages with no fee incurred.
